Q 1. What is coosh?
A: We created coosh headphones and headsets to stay on and feel good. coosh headphones and headsets feature a soft, flexible detachable earring made from a premium silicone material. The earrings are designed to keep the earbuds securely in place while providing extreme comfort. coosh offers a quality listening experience. Quality engineered for a full-bodied sound.

Q 2. What is the difference between a headset and headphones?
A: coosh headphones are used for listening to music. Each earbud houses a speaker driver. The coosh headset is used for music listening and voice calls. In addition to speaker drivers, the headset features an in-line mic, and a 'push to answer and mute' button which enables you to switch back and forth between your music and phone calls.
Q 3. How do I wear coosh? I’m not sure what to do with the earring?
A: Please follow the wearing diagram shown below. Wearing coosh as shown will make sure you enjoy total earbud comfort and security. Additionally, makers of coosh recommend using the cord slider and clip to keep the cord in place and to secure the earbud in place.
Q 4. How do I remove the earring and just use the earbuds?
A: You might choose to remove the earrings entirely or replace the original earrings with a different color set. If so, please follow the diagram shown below.
Q 5. What is a bud cap? Do I need to use them?
A: We strongly recommend use of the bud cap after removing the earrings. The bud caps protect the cord from wearing and prevent strain. Bud caps are marked left and right.
Q 6. How do I reattach the earring?
A: Simply follow the above diagram in reverse.
Q 7. How do I clean the earrings?
A: Be sure to remove the earrings from the earbuds. Then, simply clean the earrings with mild soap and water.
Q 8. What kind of cord does the coosh have?
A: The cord is made from a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
Q 9. What is the sound like?
coosh sound experts describe the sound as full-bodied, having a well balanced range between bass and treble. The coosh sound quality and performance has met or exceeded expectations of our expert listening panel.
Q 10. Do you make other sizes of earbuds?
Currently, coosh makes only one size earbud. Our earbuds are one of the smallest in diameter made, designed to comfortably fit most ears.
If you find coosh too big for your ear, we recommend you purchase in-ear headphones which offer a choice of small, medium and large ear tips. At this time, coosh does not offer in-ear headphones.
Q 11. What colors are available?
Currently, coosh headphones and headsets feature earrings in black, white and pink colors. Earrings are color coordinated with the silicone protector rings located on the rim of the earbud and bud caps found within the package.
coosh plans to introduce new fashion colors on a regular basis. Stay tuned.
Q 12. What MP3 players and music phones work with coosh?
coosh headphones work with iPod, MP3 and other audio devices that require a 3.5mm jack plug.
coosh headsets come with either a 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack plug.
2.5mm coosh headsets work with most Music Phones that require a 2.5mm jack. Not for use with iPhone, Nokia and Blackberry Curve, Samsung and LG phones. Other products may require use of a 2.5mm adapter (provided with phone or separate purchase).
3.5mm coosh headsets work with iPhone and Blackberry Curve Smart Phones. Additionally, they work with iPod, MP3 and other audio devices that require a 3.5mm jack.
Q 13. How do I switch between a phone call and music on my coosh headset?
The in-line mic includes a push to answer button. To use, push to stop music. Push again to play music. You can also use the push to answer feature as a “mute” button.
Q 14. Will the coosh earrings withstand sweat?
The coosh earrings made from silicone are highly durable, including the ability to withstand sweat.
Q 15. What is silicone? Why is it so good?
Silicone is an elastomer material especially conducive for wearing on or near human skin.
Q 16. Can the coosh package be recycled?
We purposely designed the coosh package to be a fun, reusable container to store your headphones or headset.
However, before disposing, check with your local recycling center to see if it handles packaging made from Styrene Acrylonitrile.
Q 17. What is your return and warranty policy?

Q 18. Can I buy replacement earrings, bud protectors or bud caps?

Q 19. I lost or broke a part of my headphones or headset? Will you replace it for me?
Yes, coosh will replace a lost or stolen part free of charge. Replacement kit includes 1 earring, bud protector and bud cap in the color you request. Please click here to request a replacement kit.
Q 20. Can you ship coosh internationally?
coosh delivers products to the US, Canada & Internationally. Shipping, handling and taxes apply.
Q 21. How long will an order take for delivery?
Depending on location, ground surface delivery takes between 7-14 days within the US. Shipping to Canada & Internationally can take between 10 – 20 days, but expedited service is available for all orders.
Q 22. I am not satisfied with the sound quality. What can you do for me?
coosh headphones and headsets have been engineered to offer sound that is full-bodied and well-balanced. If there is a quality issue pertaining to the sound quality and functionality of coosh headphones and headsets, we will send you a replacement.
Q 23. Where can I buy coosh?
You can always purchase coosh from coosh.com. coosh headphones and headsets will be available in the US at Radio Shack stores and many college bookstores in the Fall of 2008.
