COOSH CRASH TEST SEATTLE BATTLE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER A SUBMISSION, PARTICIPANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION AND BE REGISTERED ON THE WEBSITE AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) U.S. STATES THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FROM OCTOBER 30 THROUGH NOVEMBER 2, 2008 OR AS REQUIRED BY SPONSOR TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

U.S. LAW GOVERNS THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

1) HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins September 12, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) and ends on October 12, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) (the "Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, complete and submit electronically the entry form located online at www.coosh.com. Entrants must meet eligibility criteria, accurately complete entire online entry form and successfully submit the entry form in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes; Limit one (1) entry per day during the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt by any person to enter in excess of the disclosed entry limit will void all their entries and the prize consideration in connection with this Sweepstakes. Information collected from entrants is governed by and subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.coosh.com. All entries become the property of the Sponsor (as defined below) and will not be returned. Incomplete or corrupted entries are void. Releases (as defined below) assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, late, mutilated, destroyed, delayed, falsified, incomprehensible, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; or for any electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, incorrect or inaccurate entry information; computer bugs or viruses; failures in servers or other connections; lost or interrupted or unavailable network, miscommunications, failed phone or hardware or software transmission failure or loss; delayed or corrupted data transmissions; garbled or jumbled transmissions or for any other error of any kind, whether computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes related materials.

2) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 14, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period under the supervision of Source Marketing LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Within one (1) day of the drawing, the potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, and may be mailed an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be executed and returned within 3 days following the date of issuance. Non-compliance with this time period, with these Official Rules or return ofany e-mail, mail or the prize notification as undeliverable, at Sponsor's discretion, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed.

3) PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
Potential winner and guest must be able to travel from October 30 through November 2, 2008 or as required by the Sponsor to accept the prize. Participation in the qualifying event on October 31, 2008 in no way includes or means automatic entry into the Coosh Crash Test Seattle Battle. All other expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest. Travel and lodging reservations must be made prior to planned arrival. Hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged by Source Marketing LLC. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If the Winner’s guest is not 18 years of age or older, parental permission will be required prior to travel. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s discretion, and cash difference between air travel and ground transportation will not be awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prize can not be sold, transferred or bartered in whole or in part and no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All details of the prize shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

4) ELIGIBILITY: TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER A SUBMISSION, PARTICIPANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION AND BE REGISTERED ON THE WEBSITE AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) U.S. STATES THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FROM OCTOBER 30 THROUGH NOVEMBER 3, 2008 OR AS REQUIRED BY SPONSOR TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE. Employees of BIC USA Inc. ("Sponsor") and its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone working directly on BIC promotion programs, and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and persons living in the households of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the prize.

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding on all matters. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes, and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued for prizes that are valued at $600 or more. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's and guest’s names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By entering and accepting the prize, Winner and guest agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents (collectively "Releases") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive visit information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the www.coosh.com website Sponsor may conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of action requiring such termination. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any entries found or suspected to be submitted in this manner will be deemed 'void' by the judges. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6) WINNERS LIST: For official winner’s list, (send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope by November 12, 2008 to: Winners List, Coosh "Crash Test Seattle Battle" Sweepstakes, PO Box 7610 Norwalk, CT 06852-7610. Requests received after November 12, 2008 will not be fulfilled.
